Human rights defender profile: Ligia Bolivar from Venezuela

ISHR was honoured to interview Ligia Bolivar who is leading the Human Rights Center at the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Venezuela. Ligia told us about the challenges faced particularly by students who stand up for human rights and the assistance the Center provides to them.
